Not enough information provided to answer you accurately. Closing costs are determined by the entity handling the closing and the (entirely separate) “transfer fee” is determined by the resort or “chain” involved. The purchase price is not relevant to the closing costs, since the necessary deed preparation and recording work is exactly the same for a $500 transaction as it is for a $20,000 transaction.
