Guys, Own 2 Marriott KoOlina weeks Mountain View 2 bedroom penthouse year round except Christmas and New Years week and 2 Newport Coast villas Jan-June plus one Royal Palms in Orlando.we are 81 and 72 respectively. Typically we turned the Royal Palms one in for Bonvoy points and either used or rented out the others. As we age am getting tired of paying the maintenance fees. Thinking of renting out both KoOlina units to offset most of the costs and either turn in the rest for MVP points and use them to rent other timeshare properties or use them ourselves. Long term try to sell all. Any thoughts especially on the selling part. Doesn’t sound easy.
