I'm considering buying a resale unit. Am I crazy? So many people are selling them, but why? Even if they can't go by themselves it looks like a good investment rental being divided into two units. Is there anything I should know about? Does booking system/personnel treat the owners who bought through Marriott and those who purchased resale differently? I'm looking for high season, Lighthouse building. Am I right or wrong? With all those crazy hotel prices it looks like the most budget friendly solution. We are 60+, planning to add children to the ownership title.
