I rent it out when I dont ues it.....but it is hard pressed to make even what I spend on costs and then listing. I just wish I could sell my even year unit. Have one sitting on the bank and another coming next year....screwed again.

I think it was 500 before now I recv'd some sort of prepayment tabs sent in the mail that add up to 800 extra. They keep askn for money for everything u can imagine. But nothing has improved there aside from the new luxury condos (towers) they either sold or only rent. Still can't seem to find out where is this user group that someone setup to do something about all this scamming. Can someone plz direct me?

During my research on resale ownership at Marriott, it appears that the resale owner is generally able to secure their weeks without problems, although discretion in changing unit types, etc. is limited. Its also important to plan ahead, especially during peak times, in which having a fixed-week schedule is in order.One thing thats been on my mind during traveling is the benefits of having information at hand regarding Boston Logan Car Service, for example, so that one is aware of the travel times beforehand. Did you find, during trading into the property, that you were able to secure a preferred week at this particular Marriott compared to other locations that you’ve stayed at in the chain?

I’m glad you enjoyed your time at OBBR and it makes sense you’re thinking about resale ownership and how that plays into booking flexibility. From what I’ve seen, resale owners often are able to secure their preferred weeks, but it can vary year to year and depends on how far in advance you plan. Some people do mention that fixed week systems feel more rigid compared to club ownership, so it’s worth talking to others who have done it for a few seasons. When I was planning travel logistics around that area, using a reliable ride service like sallimoservice made getting around much less stressful, especially during busy check-in and check-out times.
