Global Vacation System and my Condo?

Sep 11, 2007

They want to pay me 1200 a week for up to 20 weeks a year and I pay the maint. fees to allow them to rent the out. Is this for real. I have heard of companies that do such but have not heard of this particular company. Does anyone know anything about them and this process. I just want to avoid some scam if it is one. All in all it sounds legal and on the up and up.

thanks from Dallas

============= I'll keep this short...DO NOT PAY ANY UPFRONT FEES. After you pay, you'll probably never hear from them again. I noticed your question on other forums, try to keep to one thread.

Situations like these can sometimes turn confusing, especially when policies differ between owners and platforms. I’ve noticed that when dealing with service-related questions, reaching out directly tends to resolve things faster than waiting for forum replies. In a similar situation, I once had to contact Johnson And Johnson customer service for a product issue, and the direct support channel ended up being much clearer than searching through discussions. Threads like this are helpful because they show real experiences, which often highlight small details you wouldn’t think about.
