1099K for successful 2024 rentals will be sent if you meet the federal threshold of $5,000 OR you reside in one of the following states, with a threshold that meets the amount shown:

Arkansas ($2,500) District of Columbia ($600) Illinois ($1,000 and more than 3 transactions) Maryland ($600) Massachusetts ($600) Montana ($600) New Jersey ($1,000) Virginia ($600) Vermont ($600)

If you reside in one of these states and have met the threshold, a 1099K will be mailed to the address on file with RedWeek.

If you reside outside of one of these states, you can obtain the dollar amount of income you received for tax purposes from your Redweek.com account, My Postings, View Check, and any orders you placed from your My Orders tab.
