Do NOT get involved with this (or with ANY other) so called “exit company”. NO ONE can “cancel” the legal obligations of a lawful contract that was voluntarily executed of someone’s own free will. These parasites will gladly take a few thousand dollars from you, then do absolutely NOTHING, telling you to cease all further payments and communications with your resort. Essentially, they just wait for the inevitable foreclosure that would occur anyhow — even if you had never even heard of the “exit” parasites at all in the first place.
There is an old saying that “A fool and his money are soon parted”. Don’t pay ANY attention to ANY of these deceitful “exit company” parasites or you will just be another person proving that old saying to be true.
