if I purchase a every other year one week resale will I have access to the pool, hot tub, parking, etc year round?

How does club membership work (day use and bonus time) for resale that is not through the developer? I've heard that the membership is now transferrable but I've also heard there may be restrictions such as the new buyer could not have previously toured GTL.
