Beautiful resort ! Private Beach across the street , outdoor pool ,indoor pool across the hall with jacuzzi . Patio over looking the ocean . 8 grills for cooking as well as bocci & shuffle board . Back side of the resort overlooks a bay .

We have personally enjoyed this timeshare for several years. So much so, that we now Live in Falmouth. The staff is wonderful and the location is PERFECT! Just walk directly across the street and you're on the beach!

Resort has its own beach area

Have owned for over 20 years. Loved every year. Peaceful, beautiful, beach across the street, lake in back of property.

We loved being on the Cape. There is so much to see and do.

Beach is across the street and only accessible to resort guests so it does not get crowded. Indoor and outdoor pool, Hot tub, fire pit and grills. Friendly staff. Unit kitchen has everything you should need. Kid friendly. Close to the ferry so you can island hop to either Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Charming small town center for shopping and restaurants.

Great location, great week, great accommodations and super clean and professional.

Great location beach and bay . Indoor and outdoor pools love sitting at the fire pit while waiting for dinner to finish on the grill. The location is a short drive to the center of town.

We enjoy the great location with just walking across the road to the private beach. We have taken our bicycles to ride down to Wood's Hole and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. It would also be a good place to take kayaks with the Bay on the backside of the resort.

Lots of good restaurants in the area!

It is always a pleasure going here. There is so much to do. Easy travels to the islands by ferry, Many restaurants, walk across the street to the beach, and grocery stores near by to eat in.

Love this resort, love the location, love the staff and love the area. Nothing I would change except for the stay to be longer than just a week!

THE BEST OF CAPE COD! Nestled between Vineyard Sound and Great Pond, Surfside offers some of the best waterfront views in Falmouth. With its own private beach directly across the street, guests will enjoy the warm waters of Cape Cod. Accommodation is a 1 bedroom suite with fully equipped efficiency kitchen that sleeps 6 and has a private deck with great views!

You can have it all at this resort! Great Pond in the back to watch the boats come in and out all day long and see the sunset in the evening. In the front is the private beach and an ocean view of Martha's Vineyard plus jetties to fish or dream on. A short drive to shopping, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, or to the downtown village. Take a ride to Woods Hole or perhaps to one of the many golf courses in Falmouth. You have to appreciate a resort where the owners expect and get the maintenance they deserve and paid for. Check in is Friday October 13th and next year it will be October 11th which is the start of Columbus Day weekend. You can always exchange through Intervalworld and travel wherever you want to go. The staff is GREAT! You'll ove going there.

This resort has it all!! It is nestled in between a beach in the front, a bay in the back, and multiple pools. Beautiful sunsets and lots to do for families. Clean, great staff, and the management is always updating the resort. The location is amazing being in the heart of the Cape and the ferry to Martha’s Vinyard is so convenient for a great day trip!! A big bonus for this resort is that the the finish line for the Falmouth Road Race is a mile down the street and is a fun event to see if you have the opportunity!!!! Our family loves this place!!
