I go to Divi Phoenix 2 months a year and I have always had wonderful vacations My unit 924 is a corner unit oceanfront. I have 2 balconies, a large one off the living room and a smaller one off the dining room. All you see from every window is unobstructed views of the beautiful ocean. The staff is wonderful, the resort is clean and well kept. It’s close to everything so you can walk to most places. You can do it all or nothing but relax by the ocean or one of the many pools. Enjoy your vacation your way.

The only thing better than the modern, colorful, high-rise buildings at Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort are the miles of pure, white, sandy beaches that surround it. This tropical beachfront resort is situated on Aruba’s famed Palm Beach and backed by a private wildlife sanctuary. We loved our stay at this four-star Caribbean resort! It truly was our home away from home. We stayed in one bedroom suite, with a fully equipped kitchen, a picture window, and large private balcony with a stunning, picturesque view of the azure sea. What a hidden gem of a place to vacation!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. WE WERE THERE YESTERDAY TO CHECK IN AND OUR ROOM SMELLED SO MOLDY!! IM TALKING BLACK MOLD!! YOU COULDN'T SEE IT BUT IT WAS SO STRONG THAT YOU COULD EVEN SMELL IT WHILE SITTING OUT ON THE PATIO WITH THE DOOR ONLY CRACKED OPEN. THEY TRIED TO MOVE US TO 4 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND THEY ALL WERE THE SAME. THE WORST PART WAS WE ALSO DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE RENOVATIONS UNTIL WE GOT AN EMAIL 3 DAYS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL WHICH WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. SO SOME OF THE OTHER ROOMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THEY WOULDNT EVEN LET ME STAY AT ONE 1️⃣ F THE OTHER DIVI RESORTS ON THE ISLAND SO WE LITERALLY WERE SCRAMBLING TO FIND A ROOM AT 10 PM. IM ALLERGIC TO MOLD AND HAD TO PAY 3000 TO STAY AT ANOTHER RESORT. WHILE WE WERE WAITING IN THE LOBBY ANOTHER OWNER CAME IN YELLING AND SCREAMING ABOUT THE FOWL SMELLS AND A FIST FIGHT ALMOST BROKE OUT! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN ITS A HEALTH HAZARD. BEWARE. I WANT RCI TO AT LEAST RETURN MY POINTS.

Beautiful ocean front unit on first floor. Walk out to the beach or pool via four sliding doors. Interior is spacious with large master bedroom and private bathroom. The resort and staff are wonderful! Some of the amenities include, 3 pools, swim-up bar, restaurant, spa, exercise room and more!

Fabulous resort! Excellent staff.. Location is the best.. Have been staying here for 15+ Years. Love Aruba but can’t travel due to chemo/covid.

Best resort on Palm Beach, in my opinion. Pools, swim up bar, lots of activities, beachfront, and so clean! Resort has 3 restaurants

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Exceptional Stay at Divi Aruba Phoenix I can’t say enough about what a wonderful place Divi Aruba Phoenix is. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel like a friend rather than just a guest. They’re warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay special.

The location is unbeatable—steps from a beautiful, clean beach that never feels crowded. One of the things I appreciate most is how close everything is. Whether you’re at the pool, on the sand, or relaxing in your room, nothing is a long walk. If you forget something upstairs, it’s a quick trip back, not a two‑mile trek. The beach setup is also perfect: walking paths keep foot traffic away from your chairs, so you can truly relax without people constantly passing by.

There’s a lovely paved path that leads straight to Eagle Beach, ideal for morning walks or sunset strolls. The pools and amenities are all well maintained, and everything feels thoughtfully designed for convenience and comfort.

Food-wise, the resort delivers. All three restaurants serve great meals, and the on‑site deli is a gem—fresh fruit, breakfast items, coffee, ice cream, and anything you need for a quick bite.

Divi Aruba Phoenix strikes the perfect balance of relaxation, friendliness, and convenience. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to the moment you leave. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love the Divi Phoenix! Wonderful Ocean views and sunsets! Staff is the best. Beach is the best! Very relaxing - not overcrowded like other resorts!

The wait staff at the bar and restaurants are amazing. The front desk staff are very attentive to everyone's needs and super friendly.

In my opinion the best beach on the strip and I never had an issue getting a palapa on the beach.

Beautiful ocean front/ pool front oasis! Must sell. Week 52 is most desired "holiday " week in Aruba.....also each leap yr you have the first advantage to rent an additional 2nd week!

We have been traveling to Aruba for about 18 years. We stayed at The Divi in February and were very disappointed. Our room smelled of mildew which was sad because otherwise it was a nice room with two beautiful balconies overlooking the beach. We could get past the odor but the resort was lifeless. The pool bar drinks were so expensive that no one hung out there. The beach has Palapas for the guest but there was one family who would take 6-7 everyday and then never use them while other guest were forced to sit in the sun. Despite many guest complaining, the staff never did anything. We ultimately went to Eagle Beach and rented an Umbrella for the week so we could enjoy our vacation. There are other resorts near Divi that are close to the restaurants while Divi is pretty far away. It’s better to stay closer to the restaurants and shopping at another resort because parking is limited. Of all the places we have stayed, this was our least favorite.

Best Location on the island! On Palm Beach without the crowds. Walking distance to downtown. Beautiful beach and pools. Amazing spa on premises. Dining and bar (go during the Happy Hour for great deals!) Friendly and attentive staff! Ocean view Room- sleeps 4 privately with 2 baths!!!
