We stayed here September 2001. Unit amenities & resort were quite pleasing. We were told when we exchanged to this resort that there were no non-smoking units, BUT......

we had NO IDEA HOW BAD OUR UNIT WOULD/COULD SMELL! It reeked of smoke, we complained & housekeeping came & sprayed citrus smelling stuff on furniture, drapes, etc. but it didn't last. No cooperation from staff to move us to another unit. Really ruined our vacation.

Very comfortable stay at this resort. Great facility, great staff. Everyone feels safe here. Superb place for families.

This is the best Resort on the beach! Close to all amenities and not too far from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center!

I have been going to this resort on and off for at least 25 to 30 years. I grew up in the area but now live in Canada. I have to sell it because I don’t want to return under present circumstances. Prepared to bargain.

We love being right on the beach. The layout of the condo is super convenient. The location is great for going to Disney or Universal. We love the pool and the grounds. My family loves visiting this resort!

Great location right on the beach and near lots of great restaurants, and a great viewing location for rocket launches! Grocery stores and beach equipment stores nearby. Not all units are direct ocean view, but all have a their own balcony and at least a partial view of the ocean. Nice looking units with very pleasant furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen (if you need something that's not there, ask and the staff may be able to get it for you). Huge pool, a hot tub (age 13 and up), kiddie splash area, pool volleyball net with volleyballs available, basketball, tennis, pickleball, nice gym and locker room (bring your own lock), small movie theater, indoor kiddie play area, indoor arcade, onsite Mexican restaurant, beach chair & umbrella rentals on the beach behind the resort, self-serve beach towel dispenser, easy towel/linen exchange window open for several hours a day. Live music, trivia and bingo offered during the week out by the pool. No timeshare sales presentation required... if they call your unit, you can tell them no and tell them not to call again.

Great place to stay. Good access to the beach and great view of the ocean. We have never had a bad stay at this resort. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. This week is Daytona Speedweeks.

One of the best resorts period... right on the beach, extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent can't go wrong with this resort!

The Resort is a thoroughly enjoyable timeshare resort. It has just about everything you could want. The location, facilities, amenities, and activities are all first rate. The staff is very agreeable and tries hard to please.

The Resort is highly family oriented -- movies, poolside activities, rainy day things to do to keep children busy.

There are almost unlimited day trips available and the activities desk is well-staffed to help.

We happily own four weeks here. We plan to visit for two weeks each year in the spring and rent the other weeks.

May 2009 Addendum: Worst possible week! It wasn't non-stop rain but the breaks were few and short. Daytona and points north got 25 inches in five days. You know what? We still had a great time! We love this place!

February 2022 Update: Nothing has changed. RCB continues to be one of our favorites. I can't count how many times we've been back since 2009

June 2024 Update: Just spent two wonderful weeks at ROCB. The only disappointment was we were assigned an oceanfront unit on the second floor, but we were able to move to the seventh floor for the second week. I can't blame ROCB for the second floor assignment. We were late arriving (compared to others) and it was the last oceanfront unit available.

Staff continues to be first-rate. I misplaced a credit card while there, but after we were home, Mindy at the front desk called saying one of the housekeeping staff found it. Mindy's going to mail it to me.

May 2025 Update: I was a bit concerned when Capital Vacations bought out VRI two or three years ago. concerned that staff would be replaced and that the warm vibe of the resort would be changed. In reality, nothing has changed other than that Capital has some non-pushy people on-site. The GM has been here for 22 years; front desk and maintenance personnel are mostly familiar faces.

It has been a wonderful two weeks in a 7th floor, oceanfront unit.

The Resort has a lot of kids activities, movie theater, pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, and is located directly on the beach! Excellent location, SUPER clean, and conveniently located.

We love this resort! After staying 1 week we purchased 2 more weeks. It is well maintained and the staff are super accommodating & friendly. The pool is great for families and there are spaces in the shade as well, large hot tub, and easy access to the private beach. Centrally located on the island. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries and other cute shops without being in the very busy area.

The resort is clean, great location, staff is friendly, and lots to do without having to leave the resort! Beachfront access with swimming pool, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, movie theater, and an amazing Mexican restaurant on property. The room is the perfect size for a family of five with two bedrooms, a full size kitchen, washer, dryer, and spacious balcony. We have made many fantastic memories here over the past decade!

Beautiful resort with the best location, right on the beach! Staff is wonderful as are the amenities. Love the movie theater on a rainy day! Lots of activities, bingo, trivia, comedy show, arcade and the kids room is perfect for dropping the grandkids off for a sanity break! Lots of good restaurants around including the Mexican one off the lobby. We love it here!!

Most guests commend the spacious and well-appointed rooms. The staff's friendliness stands out, despite. My favorite thing about this resort is the location. It's close to all of the great things about Cocoa Beach.

Publix Grocery and Winn-Dixie Grocery are nearby and there are many good restaurants to choose from.

Family vacations at the Resort on Cocoa Beach are the best! We've taken our children here for a week every summer for almost 20 years. The recent remodels are beautiful and make the site even more enticing. There's so much to do at the resort, and just a short trip to attractions in the area. The staff are always wonderful and accommodating, too.
