Nothing has changed in how my listing is marketed — yet tenants are now being charged an additional $600 while I continue to pay the same $99 listing fee. The pricing is also misleading to prospective renters: both of my Christmas weeks are listed at $6,500/week ($929/night), yet the final price shown to tenants is $7,100 — because RedWeek has added a $600 surcharge that raises the effective nightly rate to $1,014. My listing still displays $929/night, which is what I set. Tenants see something different at checkout.

This fee structure was not part of my original listing agreement. I believe RedWeek has violated its own terms, and I will be having my attorney send a formal letter accordingly.
