Sun, surf, and tropical breezes await you at Finisterra Club & Resort. Enjoy the on-site exercise room, pool, and tennis courts. In the evenings, dine in Cabo San Lucas, then take a boat trip to the arch that marks the spot where the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California meet.

We have been a member since 1997. We absolutely love this resort, not only for it's beauty and location, but also for the dedicated staff that works there. They have some very loyal employees that have been there since we originally purchased and upon arrival no matter who you are, you are greeted as they've know you forever!! The pools, rooms, grounds are impeccable all the time. The food & drinks are great!!! The Bell Boy - Alvaro is the BEST!!! He has been there since we bought our timeshare and he is now our friend! Best Resort Ever!

We stayed for 8 days in a 2 bedroom unit. We really liked this resort. The pools were great. We did not take the all inclusive, but did order food at the pool and it was tasty! I would go back again.

This is a renamed resort. Now called Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos. Sandos has resorts in Mexico and Spain. The family that originally built and owned it are no longer involved with the property. We have been owners since 1997. They have put a lot of money into upgrading, adding and changing things around. We found it very nice.

Because we are old members we did not have to pay for all Inclusive. The few new members we talked to liked it. We just payed as you go. The food and drink was good. I could see that with prices they were charging. If you went all inclusive would be a better deal. Even in town eating and drinking in town can get fairly expensive

Their is no construction going on now. Their is talk in future that they are going too do more upgrading. Because we did not take the grand timeshare tour of trying to upgrade to new resort. It is hard to say what the upgraded rooms are like.

We've been timeshare owners at the Finisterra for 15 years; we currently own two weeks in the original section of the hotel and one week in the Palapa Beach Club section. The Finisterra is our favorite vacation destination.... walking distance to the marina and town; private beach (no vendors!); friendly staff; computers with internet service; clean, comfortable rooms; three pools, one with a swim up bar; good food; great whale watching in season. We even watched the dolphins in the new Cabo Dolphin Center from the Finisterra; a "bird's eye" view. And since the Finisterra's timeshare units are sold out -- no timeshare pressure when you check in! We love it.

Great resort and very friendly staff! The resort offers seclusion when desired, but I love the fact that it is only a short walk to the heart of town. I highly recommend this over some of the higher priced resorts further away.

Resort facilities are nice, especially the pool. The rooms are old and outdated (faded bed spreads, lamp shades, carpet, etc.) and need to be refurnished. You CANNOT swim or do other water activities on this beach, it is too dangerous.
